following job description: The Service Finance Servicing
Representative II will be required to resolve billing errors,
handle account adjustments and provide support to the Collections
and Customer Service Representatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions
for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor,
which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from
time to time. 1. Process third party account verifications 2.
Adjust Payments, Late Charges & Fees 3. Update system to document
returned customer mail, bankruptcy notices, etc. 4. Accurately
process payments, transactions and account adjustments. 5. Paid in
Full processing 6. Serve as a mentor to less experienced Servicing
Representatives. 7. Provide support for complex customer issues. 8.
Provide overflow support to Customer Service and Collections. 9.
Other critical tasks and duties assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Required
Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of
the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable

equivalent education and related training or experience. 2. Minimum
of 3 years of experience 3. Knowledge of consumer financing 4.
Strong organization, communication, negotiation and decision making
skills 5. Strong administrative experience; ability to input data
accurately and efficiently as well as maintain detailed records and
files 6. Demonstrated ability to multi-task 7. Work well in a team
environment 8. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 9. Strong
willingness to assist other team members with customer related
issue 10. Ability to work flexible schedule, including overtime as
