• Juris Doctorate degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in agreement negotiations or managing an agreement desk.
• Experience with financial modeling, agreement valuation, or structuring.Preferred qualifications
  • Understanding of Cloud technologies.
  • Ability to manage agreements and drive them to completion with stakeholders within fixed timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration at all organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to present analysis.Responsibilities
    • Support or lead negotiations with partners, reviewing and responding to partner agreement redlines per Google policies.
    • Review new global partner offers and respond to requests for information, proposals, or quotations.
    • Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest cross-functional process improvements.
    • Participate in creating project documentation, agreements, training, and support for new products to improve scalability and efficiency.
    • Assist in preparing agreements for executive review.Salary range in the US: $130,000 - $191,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation depends on location, skills, experience, and education.
