A leading pediatric healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Board Eligible or Board-Certified Pediatric Surgeon to join a growing pediatric surgical program serving a diverse pediatric population throughout Palm Beach County and surrounding communities. This role provides the opportunity to deliver comprehensive surgical care to patients ranging from premature newborns to adolescents up to 18 years of age. The position involves performing a wide range of procedures involving the cervical, thoracic, and abdominal regions, addressing conditions of the respiratory, digestive, biliary, genitourinary, and dermatologic systems. The position offers a high-volume, multidisciplinary environment with strong institutional support and access to advanced technologies. Position Highlights Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric subspecialists including Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Hematology/Oncology, and Cardiology.Work alongside an established support team that includes Advanced Practice Providers.Opportunity to participate in both surgical and outpatient clinical care. Program Features ACS-verified program.Level III NICU and high-risk obstetrics program with approximately 3,000 deliveries annually.Regional Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).Children’s Oncology Group (COG) program participation.Access to a highly regarded orthopedic institute specializing in congenital deformities.Physicians joining the program will immediately engage in a broad scope of practice, including neonatal surgery, oncology-related procedures, and advanced minimally invasive surgery (MIS). Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Surgery.3–5 years of experience preferred; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply.Demonstrated commitment to high-quality clinical care, teamwork, and ongoing professional development.
