Job Description:

properties in 139 countries, seeks a dedicated Breakfast Lead Cook
to enhance our culinary team. This role demands a blend of culinary
expertise and strong leadership to maintain Marriott's tradition of
hospitality excellence. The successful candidate will be
responsible for managing breakfast service, crafting high-quality
dishes, and leading the kitchen team to ensure a delightful dining
experience for our guests every morning. Oversee and manage all
aspects of the breakfast service. Prepare high-quality breakfast
dishes in line with Marriott’s culinary standards. Supervise and
train kitchen staff on the latest cooking techniques and kitchen
protocols. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and order kitchen supplies. Maintain a clean and
organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage
management team to optimize operations. Proficient in various
cooking techniques and cuisines. Strong leadership and personnel
management skills. Excellent time management and organizational
skills. Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and
efficiency. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Medical
