Modis currently has a permanent opportunity for a C++/ C# Software Developer Job in Miami. Our client is a travel industry leader whose innovative technology is modernizing the airline commerce and distribution landscape. Creating a technology platform that consists of fully integrated and optimized components for airline-controlled distribution, merchandising, and retailing across channels.  This fast growing organization has amazing company perks like, onsite gym, daily catered lunch, travel options, etc.
 
The ideal candidate will be someone who has a passion for programming. Someone who has developed applications from the ground up and can give insight and design ideas throughout the process.  We are looking for a very analytical thinker who is also comfortable communicating with clients and gathering their requirements.  Someone with travel industry experience is a huge plus!
 
C++/ C# Software Developer Job Responsibilities:
• Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.
• 80% Write new program code using prescribed specifications.
• Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part.
• Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of supervisor.
• Write and maintain programming documentation, including programming problems a resolutions

C++/ C# Software Developer Job Skills Required:
• Must have strong development experience in object-oriented languages C++/C Sharp.
• Must have strong programming and analytical skills and be willing to code full time.
• Understanding of XML/SOAP, web services, web application development.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft operating systems and tools, such as Microsoft Studio.
