Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager Advisory &
Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Financial Advisors & Planners, providing coaching
and overseeing daily activities
Build and maintain workflow to ensure quality service and implement
initiatives for efficiency and customer retention
Field escalated issues and identify trends to proactively address
with staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66 (or 63 and 65) registrations required
Insurance licenses required within corporate-established
timelines
2-5 years of management experience preferred
Relationship management experience in financial services
